2008 IaAHA Scholarship Application Details:
This year we will be accepting EMAIL applications! We feel in
2008 this is the best way for applications to be handled. It
will make it cheaper for the club and applicants as well as
making it easier on judges to return the scores in a timely
manner. You will still need to include an IaAHA Scholarship
Application Form (*see below
to choose the appropriate form) Please include this
form with your email. When submitting your application by
email you will get a confirmation email from
Christa upon receipt. If you DO NOT get a conformation email
it is YOUR responsibility to contact Christa Beeler to make
other arrangements for your scholarship application. If
someone who wants to apply for the scholarship does not have
access to email please call Christa Beeler at 515-369-5369 to
make other arrangements. Good Luck!

THANK
YOU IaAHA!
IaAHA has been very generous to me and many others in the past by
providing a unique scholarship opportunity for dedicated students
involved with the Arabian breed. I have been fortunate enough to
receive the scholarship both as an undergraduate and now as a
graduate student. There are very few scholarships available to
graduate students which makes the IaAHA scholarship even more
valuable.
The scholarship
has been of great assistance. The fact that the money goes directly
to the student allowed me to purchase books and other necessities
before my loan money was disbursed. With the cost of college and
graduate education rising each year, the IaAHA scholarship has
really made a difference.
It is important to encourage
scholarship among the members of our breed. Helping the bright,
eager Arabian enthusiasts of today gain a good education will only
help our breed to be stronger in the future. I am extremely
grateful for the Iowa Arabian Horse Association and its members in
their generosity over the years and I can only hope to someday have
the opportunity to repay your kindness. Good luck to everyone in
the upcoming show season!
Sincerely,
Katie Hull |
